Lonestar Energy Fabrication's Baytown, TX Facility lies in the Cedar Crossing Industrial Park- strategically located 20 miles east of Houston, TX on the northern shore of Galveston Bay.
Lonestar Energy Fabrication has 2 locations, a staging yard and fabrication yard.
The 12 acre stabilized rig up and staging yard on Cedar Bayou feeds into the Gulf of Mexico via the Houston Ship Channel. There are no bridges or power lines allowing for unlimited roll off capacity at the dock and no size restrictions through Cedar Bayou to Gulf of Mexico.

120,000 square feet under roof, made up of three (3) large bays.
All bays are outfitted with overhead cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 120t (with 36’ under hook).
Bay No. 1 (290’ x 80’) specified as clean.
Bays No. 2 and No. 3 (165’ x 370’ both bays are on 75’ centers).
Main fabrication yard is 24 acres with 3 ultra heavy rig up pads, designed for Hurricane force wind loads 25’ above sea level.
New, 8000 square foot blast and paint facility designed to handle large modules.

pace, high speed data and general office support to clients as needed.
Access to the Union Pacific and Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad network.
This location affords LoneStar ease of access to the Port of Houston's
Barbour's Cut, Bayport Terminals and the Houston Ship Channel.
In addition to the Houston Ship Channel, the Cedar Port Industrial Park
offers access to rail lines, air transportation and an expansive pipeline distribution system.
